Being given the tools is one thing, but making sure you stay on track is another. You will have 121 sessions once a week and daily check ins to keep you focused and on track.
When does it start? Whenever you are ready. Typically on a Monday, and you have your Mindfulness Coaching session the week before.
Do I need weights? Nor the equipment free program, nope! For the 12 and 6 week programs, yes - a barbell and some dumbbells. Preferably up to 50kg+.
Do I need weight training experience? No but it helps. You will learn how to correctly perform the moves before you do the workouts.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
Yes, if you are doing the programs with weights and you don't have weights at home. Otherwise no!
Can I pay in instalments? You can pay in 3 instalments for the 12 week programs or 2 instalments for the 6 week program.

Life is not always fair, and as women, we tend to have a rough deal when it comes to anything related to our hormones. Periods, lack of periods, miscarriages, giving birth, menopause... The list goes on. It can be a very frustrating, isolating experience that can easily spiral you into the depths of despair. But you're NOT alone. Read Laura and Lisa's story below and you'll understand that whatever you are going through, they can help you.
Laura's story is an interesting one. It started in 2013 when she woke up one morning to find herself deaf in one ear, and has never got her hearing back.
Specialists diagnosed Laura with a rare condition called Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SHL). To put this into perspective - there were 66,000 cases in the US in 2019, with a population of 328 billion.
SHL ended her love of DJ'ing, and she struggled to cope with life and piled on the weight from the steroids prescribed by specialists to try and recover her hearing. Told to do different types of exercise to regain balance in her brain, she fell in love with weight training and the weight fell off.
After coming to terms with the SHL, Laura then struggled with hormonal issues. After coming off the pill, her periods didn't come back. Diagnosed with PCOS in 2017, then told she was perimenopausal in 2018 (at the age of 35), and advised by fertility specialists she would not be able to have children.
Laura sought help from a holistic doctor, who specialised in a natural approach to helping control and settle hormone issues such as PCOS and lack of periods. She changed her diet and exercise regime and had the tests done again in 2019 which cleared any sign of PCOS and perimenopausal existence.
In January 2020 Laura's periods came back, regular as clockwork. In October she got pregnant. In January 2021, alone at the 12 week scan because due to Covid partners were not allowed to come, Laura was told the baby had died, and was devastated. Scared, anxious and confused, she then had to endure traumatic events to remove the baby that is too graphic to write here.
There is, however, a happy ending. Laura is due to give birth on 14th May 2022! So far, all is well. She is continuing with her weight training routine but adapting most exercises.
So, although her story has a lot of sadness, it also has a lot of hope and happiness. Hope that you can change your life. Hope that you can overcome obstacles. Hope that you can do the impossible.
Lisa is a Life coach, specialising in Transformational change. Specifically focusing on mindset, positive psychology and the mind body connection. Coaching clients to connect to their highest potential and fully step into showing up with certainty, conviction and confidence inside and out.
Lisa has created a unique process integrating coaching, cacao ceremonies and hypnotherapy. Known as the 'Chocolate Coach' after discovering Cacao in Guatemala and leaving her career in medicine to inspire and motivate others to live a life without limits. She trained with a Shaman for a year there to use Cacao as a facilitator to heal the mind and body naturally. Lisa is passionate about inspiring as many people as she can to learn how to connect to their highest potential, realise the power they hold and live the life of their dreams after overcoming a debilitating chronic pain condition, despite being told it couldn't be done. Motivating her to leave her job of 20 years in surgery putting people to sleep for a living, to waking them up to the power and potential they hold!
Lisa's coaching is focused on guiding clients to reach high levels of self mastery and find deeper meaning and fulfilment in their life. Her transformation process is powerful, highly successful and is leading all her clients to achieve huge results in all areas of life.
